📄 Cancellation Policy
(AUREX Learning System)

1. Digital Nature of Services◦ AUREX provides digital educational services (assignments, evaluations, tests, and
rewards). Once access to the platform is activated, the service is considered “delivered.”
2. No Mid-Cycle Cancellations◦ Memberships and test series are billed in advance.
◦ Partial or pro-rated cancellations within an active subscription cycle are not permitted.
3. Cancellation of Renewal◦ Students may choose not to renew their subscription for the next cycle.
◦ To avoid automatic renewal (if applicable), students must notify AUREX support at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
4. Duplicate Payments or Errors◦ In the event of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, students must report the issue within 48 hours.
◦ Verified duplicate transactions will be cancelled and refunded within 7–10 working days, as per our Refund Policy.
5. How to Request Cancellation◦ Students can request cancellation of future renewals by contacting AUREX Support via Email or WhatsApp (details provided in the onboarding communication).
